If you love Mexican food you have come to Brisbane at the right time, as this Saturday 5th May Cinco De Mayo is being held at Riverland Brisbane from 11 am til late, located on Eagle Street, Brisbane City. Grab your sombreros and indulge in Mexican street food over looking the Brisbane River and Storey Bridge. Enjoy the live Mariachi band from 2-5 pm whilst sipping on cocktails, Mexican beers or margaritas.
Cinco De Mayo is also being held at the Riverlife Precinct, Kangaroo Point, on Sunday 6th May 1pm – late. Continue the celebration of Mexican culture with more street food, a margarita bar, salsa dancing and loads more entertainment! Stones Corner Festival is being held for the fifth consecutive year, raising money and awareness for MND and Me Foundation to help support those suffering from Motor Neurone Disease and funding research for a cure. Come see some of Australia’s best talent, including Custard from Brisbane along with many other local and national favourites. Enjoy market stalls, beer, local wine and food trucks while relaxing in the beer garden and support a great cause. Located on the corner of Logan Road & Old Cleveland Road, entry is only a gold coin donation. The Festival is family friendly, with a jumping castle and petting zoo.
